Refund Policy

At Loyalty Plans LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality architectural services and ensuring client satisfaction. Because our work involves custom designs and professional time, refunds are handled according to the following terms:

1. Consultation Fees

  • Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

2. Design Services

  • Refunds are not available for completed design work, drawings, or deliverables already provided.
  • If a project is canceled by the client before design work begins, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative and consultation costs.

3. Project Deposits

  • Deposits made to secure project work are non-refundable, as they cover time, resources, and scheduling commitments.

4. Delays & Client Responsibility

  • Refunds will not be granted due to client-related delays, incomplete information, or lack of timely approvals.

5. Company Cancellations

  • If Loyalty Plans LLC cannot complete a project due to unforeseen internal reasons, clients will receive a fair and proportional refund based on the amount of work not delivered.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Any refund-related disputes will be handled in accordance with the signed agreement and governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
